To ensure the NZ Ice Cream Association is contributing to a vibrant and dynamic local industry, it has developed a Strategic Plan which it reports on annually.

To have strategic focus which fosters innovation and excitement and promotes top-quality products by all companies, regardless of size. The organisation provides a platform for networking and collaboration which are important to grow value for all members.
