2015 NZ Ice Cream Awards
The 19th New Zealand Ice Cream Awards were announced in Auckland on the 28th of May, 2015.
This year there was a total of 302 entries. The Chief Judge Kay McMath and her team of six judges took two full days to judge the entries. They used International judging guidelines with each ice cream, starting off with 100 points from which points are deducted due to various imperfections such as appearance defects, body and texture, flavour defects and melting defects.
