Cuore di Gelato

Cuore di Gelato is Tauranga's artisan Italian gelato business, founded by Daniele Di Giandomenico and now carried forward by Federico Evangelisti and Chef Stefano Raimondi — two Italians who trained under Daniele and continue his tradition of making everything from scratch using natural ingredients, no powder mixes and no artificial shortcuts. Find them at their pop-up gelateria in Bayfair Shopping Centre, at markets and events across the Bay of Plenty, or hire their vintage gelato cart for weddings and celebrations.
